Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MicroPerfumes.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sample vials and atomizers must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging and secure them in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping method to send your package to our designated returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
